About us
SILQ ENGINEERING group was founded in 2017 and is currently one of the leading industry groups, professionally developing and managing projects in the construction of infrastructure facilities, while performing the functions of general contracting and project engineering.
The SILQ Engineering group is:
- SILQ Engineering plc, the UK based company, specialized in raising financing for the SILQ operations and the group projects;
- SILQ Infra Limited, the UAE Jebel Ali Free Zone registered company, engaged in development and implementation of industrial infrastructure projects;
- SILQ EPCM DMCC, the UAE DMCC registered company, managing construction and other EPC aspects of the group activities

- QCP is selectively investing in financial infrastructure and fintech, real estate special situations, energy and infrastructure
- Prior to launching QCP, Giedrius was a partner at Troika Dialog, Russia's leading merchant and investment banking group where he was running direct investments via Troika Capital Partners from 2003
- Prior to Troika held positions with Alfa Group, Finartis and investment boutiques in Scandinavia/Baltics
- Holds MBA degree from Stockholm School of Economics, diploma of International Trade Law from UTD
Giedrius Pukas
